Dharma Yoga Wheel
The Dharma Yoga Wheel course helps to create the space between the vertebrae, relieve muscle tension in the back, give more flexibility to the spine, expand the chest muscles, open shoulders, to stretch the muscles of the abdomen and the flexor muscles of the hip.
The work with the wheel “Dharma Yoga Wheel” activates and leads to the opening of the center of the energy of the heart: “anahata chakra”.
